Cheech & Chong announce 2010 tour

(UPI) – Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong announced plans Monday for a 2010 North American comedy tour called “Cheech & Chong: Get It Legal.”
The performers are partnering with the Marijuana Policy Project to “promote policy change through laughter,” organizers said.
The Live Nation-produced tour is to kick off Jan. 16 in Boulder, Colo., at the Macky Auditorium.
Tickets are to go on sale in select markets beginning at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 20 at LiveNation.com.
“Cheech & Chong: Get It Legal” is the follow-up to their hugely successful reunion tour “Cheech & Chong: Light Up America,” for which they performed together for the first time in more than 25 years in front of more than 100 audiences in 2008-09.
